Description

SharkBite quick-connect fittings are the fastest way to join multiple materials without the need for additional tools, solder, unions or glue. These plastic push-to-connect fittings are easy to use and shorten install time. To install, insert the tube into the fitting and the stainless steel teeth bite down and grip tight, while a specially formulated O-ring compresses to create a perfect seal. Disassembly is just as fast by pushing down on the collar with two fingers and pulling the tubing outward allowing the fittings and valves to be easily changed and reused. Applications include water filtration, reverse osmosis systems, ice makers, home/office coffee and beverage dispensing equipment, aquariums, air, gases, vacuum and liquids.
