Scotts Turf Builder Grass Seed Heat-Tolerant Blue Mix for Tall Fescue Lawns is designed for full sun and partial shade, and has medium to high drought resistance with medium to high durability. It can be used to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing lawn. For best results, apply in the spring or fall when daily average soil temperatures are consistently between 60 F and 75 F or air temperatures are between 65 F and 85 F.
